&lt;p>People speak too quickly about truth.&lt;/p>
&lt;p>We say, “This is real.” “That is false.” “The world is &lt;em>mithyā&lt;/em>.” “Saṃsāra is &lt;em>mithyā&lt;/em>.” “&lt;em>Mithyā&lt;/em> means illusion.” “&lt;em>Mithyā&lt;/em> means untruth.” Sometimes, in reaction, someone says, “No, &lt;em>mithyā&lt;/em> itself is a kind of truth.” Such statements sound sharp and memorable. They sound philosophical. But very often they hide confusion rather than remove it.&lt;/p></description></item></channel></rss>
